What are your qualifications and credentials?

Eric Wolfe, founder and managing principal of Succession Financial, is a Certified Financial Planner® practitioner. He is also a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®). Cassidy Susi, associate financial advisor at Succession Financial, is a Certified Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC ®). Both are licensed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Will Succession Financial have a fiduciary duty to me?

We uphold a fiduciary standard as an independent Registered Investment Advisory firm (RIA). This means we’re legally obligated to act in your best interests and disclose any conflicts of interest.

Do others stand to gain from the advice you give me?

We’re committed to providing unbiased advice that aligns with your best interests. In instances where we engage external tax, insurance, or legal consultants, those professionals will have their own fees. In some instances, Successional Financial may cover all or a portion of their fees.

What is your investment philosophy?

At Succession Financial, we believe in keeping investment strategies simple and costs low. Our philosophy revolves around minimizing errors and maintaining consistency over time. We recognize the limitations of predicting market movements and focus on factors within our control, such as asset allocation and tax efficiency. As Leonardo Da Vinci once said, “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”

The frequency of our meetings depends on your needs and life circumstances. While we typically meet more frequently during the initial stages of our relationship, we adjust our schedule to accommodate your changing priorities over time. Whether it’s one big review annually or periodic check-ins throughout the year, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
